Shipping policy

We’re excited to ship worldwidely, such as USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. Here are a few important things to know before placing your order:
  1. Basic Information:
    1. All orders must have a valid street address and phone number; some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes due to shipping restrictions.
    2. Cancellation and change : While we cannot make product changes after an order has been placed, depending on how far along your order is in the fulfillment process, we may be able to assist in shipping address updates or order cancellation requests. Please note there is a narrow window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed and therefore the request cannot be guaranteed. Email us at help@everybodyshine.com to make your request and we will respond within 48 hours. Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address or cancel the order.
  2. Shipping Time:
    1. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. This gives us the opportunity to stay as sustainable as possible and add a personal touch to every item we craft. We strive to pre-craft every piece of jewelry in advance to minimise waiting time for you. However, it is not always possible with jewelry, therefore some items must be crafted exclusively to order.

      If your item is pre-crafted and ready to ship, it will be on its way to you immediately. Consider choosing an express shipping option for special occasions or time-sensitive purchases.
    2. Orders will arrive typically within 5-12 business days, however, all mail carriers have been experiencing longer than usual delays so please allow for extra time to receive your order.
    3. Shipping times are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.
  3. Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. After your order is fulfilled, refunds aren't provided for duties, customs fees, or VAT.
  4. Customs Clearance: All international shipments must clear customs. Sometimes this process is quick, other times it can take longer—unfortunately, it’s unpredictable and outside our control.
    1. Please note that all packages sent to Indonesia, Mauritius, Philippines, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Aruba, Colombia, Grenada, Guatemala, Uruguay, Qatar, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Botswana, Lebanon, Kuwait, Cayman Islands, Jordan, Oman, Pakistan, Bermuda, Honduras, Egypt, Costa Rica, Brazil and Peru are subject to a customs fee which will be paid by the customer.
  5. Out of Service Area：
    1. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau.
  6. Shipping method and information：
      We do not currently offer expedited shipping, guaranteed shipping timelines, or alternate shipping options. We are working on improving the service.
